Refund / Return Policy

We invest great love and care in making each SM Closet’s piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once our pieces are sold, they cannot be exchanged for a replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at smcloset.official@gmail.com, and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the pieces. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

DISCLAIMER : 

  1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  2. Please note that no product is eligible for exchange. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.”
  3. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
